The Cardiff Mas Carnival leaves Cardiff Bay via Grangetown and the City Centre parading past the Castle ending up at The City Hall and The Cardiff Big Weekend.  I only attended for 15 minutes due to the bad weather but think I captured an essence of the event. Shot enitrely on a Sanyo HD1010 on EIS with no tripod or anything else. Editied in Magix Movie Edit Pro and exported as 720i wmv file. Try and guess what song the steel drum band are playing!
