Tip 03 - Martial Arts
Martial arts have been around for thousands of years. There are a variety of styles to choose from.  Some styles hard or linear in nature. Examples include karate and tae kwon do. Other styles are more fluid and circular in motion such as kung fu. All have something important to offer and all of them are great workouts. Martial arts training will burn anywhere from 500 1,000 calories per hour depending on the intensity. Always seek a qualified instructor.
