800多輛市區的士本周起，自行安裝俗稱「黑盒」的行車記錄系統，業界期望黑盒資料可協助調查意外，亦可警惕司機小心駕駛。 黑盒的配件包括兩個裝在車頭及車尾的攝錄鏡頭，拍攝車外的路面情況，電腦記憶卡會儲存畫面及車速等行車資料。 立法會交通事務委員會副主席鄭家富認為，政府應游說業界全面安裝，因為目前個別安裝的做法，令人懷疑黑盒的可信性，法庭亦未必接納行車紀錄作為證據呈堂。
