This kind of legal battle could take years, so estate adminstrators are appointed by the court to take over the estate of the deceased before the argument is settled. The role of estate adminstrators is to recover all the properties and pay the debtors. The most important job of the estate adminstrators is to try to uphold or even increase the value of the estate before handing it over to the beneficiary. HK banks are rolling out RMB bonds for retail investors. At a 2.8% rate of return, compared to HK dollar deposit interest rate at less than 0.1%, and RMB deposit rate of 0.75%. Money Magazine looks at whether they're really good buy, and what to watch out for. After 10 years of implementation, Money Magazine evaluates HK's MPF. How should the pension scheme develop in the future? Anna Wu discussed the possibility of free flow of voluntary contribution and early withdrawal of money.
