曾蔭權稱辯論最大贏家是香港市民 冀議員從大局出發
行政長官曾蔭權表示，今次辯論最終得益和最大贏家是香港市民。 他表示，從政者在朝在野，都要更開放，讓市民有更多機會關心政制，強調執政者不能在辦公室制定政策，他希望開放包容、互相尊重尋求共識的政治文化，在港生根成長。 曾蔭權強調，會盡力爭取至最後一秒，收窄分歧，希望議員從大局出發，讓政制向前一步。
