It is an ARIFANA KALAM written by Naaz Khailvi, in which he comments on some ambiguities which are born in mind of a philosopher about the rules and regulation of God Almighty. He speaks directly in each verse but it does not mean that he has no respect or love for God Amighty. It does not mean that he thinks that God Almighty is brutal. It does not mean that the he does not believe in the presence of God Almighty. Actually he is trying to turn ambiguity into clarity. JUST TRY TO UNDERSTAND EACH VERSE.  The poet is admirer of God.
