Obama Calls For More Spending on Infrastructure
President Barack Obama has announced a new plan to jump-start the U.S. economy. He’s asking Congress to approve $50 billion in infrastructure investments to help stimulate the sputtering U.S. economy. The president's announcement on Labor Day comes less than two months ahead of mid-term elections that could determine the balance of power in Congress. Mil Arcega reports.
