Hong Kong’s public doctors have been fighting for better working conditions for years, but they've had little to show for it. Now, after an exodus of doctors to the private sector, and the threat of industrial action, the Hospital Authority is finally acting to develop and retain its most important resource. But it's an uphill battle! The real issue is about the quality of healthcare. 4 out of 10 doctors have admitted making mistakes because they're mentally and physically worn out.
