Not too long ago at work I was talking to one of my coworkers. He was upset about one of our company's managers giving him a safety rules failure. One of the points that he made to me was, speaking about this manager, "Man he's black! Look at me! How's he gonna to do this to a bother?" And he was serious. He really meant it.
