J&J to Acquire Vaccine Maker Crucell
Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) said today it has agreed to acquire vaccine specialist Crucell (CRXL) for 1.75 billion euro, or about $2.4 billion.  Johnson & Johnson, which already owns 17.9% of Crucell, would acquire the remaining outstanding shares in a cash tender offer of 24.75 euro per share.
