Viktoria ist erleichtert und dankbar, dass Ansgar Kim gerettet hat. Thomas geht einen Schritt weiter: Er hat all sein Misstrauen gegenüber dem Grafen abgelegt und fühlt sich ihm auf immer verbunden. Zwar ahnt Viktoria nicht, dass Kim sich in Ansgar verliebt hat, aber es beunruhigt sie sehr, als Ansgar auch Kims Nähe sucht und ihr schnell klar wird, dass er nun sehr nahe an ihre Familie herangerückt ist.
