一位婆婆因患上老退化症，而被家人所嫌棄及孤立。其孫兒忽發其想，把婆婆的日常生活拍成短片，以喚起家人對婆婆的關注。短片中，攝得婆婆與家人爭執並哭泣等真情流露之鏡頭，看後叫人反思。其實家人相處之道不外乎互相忍讓與遷就，上述事件正反映出後輩對長者欠缺了應有之耐性。作為後輩，我們應付出多一點包容與關懷，以尊重半生為社會作出貢獻的長者。 拍攝全家福不但代表著家庭的完整，更是不少長者的心願。有見及此，聖雅各褔群會便成立了「愛心攝影隊」，為長者提供生死教育、拍攝「車頭相」及全家福等服務。據社工楊慧蘭及義工郭貴華解釋，為長者拍攝「車頭相」及全家福，不但可令長者以樂觀之態度面對死亡，更能方便其家人處理後事，可謂一舉兩得。「愛心攝影隊」之義工均為專業攝影師，他們拍攝「車頭相」的手法新穎，使長者可釋放其沉重的心情，把最美最溫馨的一刻長留於照片中。
