Top Story: The family of Malcom Webster’s first wife have been told they need his permission to change the inscription on her headstone - despite his conviction for her murder. Claire Morris's brother wanted to remove all references to Webster from the headstone. Also in the news; concerns are being voiced tonight amid plans by the largest hospital in the Highlands to cut maternity beds and discharge new mums just six hours after giving birth.
