民主黨提出2012新增功能組別 不應只限區議員參與
政務司司長唐英年與民主黨會面，商討2012年兩個選舉本地立法的細節。 民主黨建議，2012年立法會新增五個功能組別議席，不應只限現任民選區議員參加，只要證明與該界別有實質聯繫的人士，亦可以參與。 主席何俊仁否認，有關建議是「抬高叫價」。
