新工程表で「ステップ１はほぼ達成」
福島第一原発事故の収束に向け、政府と東京電力が１９日に公表する新たな工程表の内容が明らかになった。原子炉は安定的に冷却されていて、水素爆発が起こる危険な状態は脱したとして、今月中旬を目標としていた「ステップ１」はほぼ達成できたとしている。
