In an interview with Dailes Judge, Oxfam International’s Humanitarian Program Coordinator for Zambia, the threats and solutions of climate change are discussed from a hopeful point of view. While even a small amount of climate "shock" can have an immense impact on the lives of Zambians, their crops, livelihood, and access to water, Judge does see solutions to these problems in her community and those of the world. With a binding agreement by global leaders, proper education of people's rights, and cooperation between governments, NGOs and civil societies, she says, change is possible.
