Food manufacturer, Sara Lee Corp. (NYSE:SLE) appointed Maria Henry as Chief Financial Officer of North American operations and will also serve as the financial chief of Sara Lee’s follow-up of international coffee and tea business starting next year. Henry succeeds Aaron Alt who was assigned as brand manager of Ballpark.The company stated in January that it would spin off its North American retail and foodservice businesses into a new company and it would keep the "Sara Lee" name.In May, the company rolled to a fiscal third-quarter profit as it detailed higher sales across all businesses, directing the international beverage unit.Sara Lee has a potential upside of 2.3% based on a current price of $19.61 and an average consensus analyst price target of $20.07.
