‘Indian employees to see 12.9% salary hike in 2011’
India Inc is all set to dole out a decent salary hike for all its employees this year. A survey of more than 500 organisations in the country conducted by Aon Hewitt has revealed that a positive economic outlook. The survey says employees in India are expected to see an average salary hike of about 13% per cent this year.
