A man who admitted to killing dozens of dogs has been arrested by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office. The Seneca County Sheriff's Office has charged David Yoder, 45, of Route 414 in Romulus, with 74 counts of inhumane destruction of dogs. According to the Sheriff's investigators, Yoder killed the dogs using carbon monoxide emissions from a gas-powered engine. A previous report by the USDA stated Yoder used the method to kill a total of 93 dogs.
