OTC clearing - who’s going to pay?
Reforms to the European over the counter (OTC) derivatives markets are edging ever closer. Guy Sears, wholesale director at the Investment Management Association, explained to Jeremy Grant the progress that has been made in relation the buy side’s concerns over the plans for central clearing of OTC derivatives, while the key question remains, who's going to pay for the changes?
