蘇Good - 跟廚師哥哥學西餐 - 第54集
上一集,阿蘇走到一間西餐廳,跟廿九歲的年輕廚師學煮燒豬肋骨,好味非常,對煮西餐不太在行的阿蘇,今集繼續向他學習,煮意粉。 意大利粉原來有分粗幼的級數,分1至15級,數字愈大代表愈粗,小師傅首先示範一道香辣蒜片意粉,那股蒜香的味道,確實令人口水直流,加上有紫蘇葉、辣椒乾和白酒的調味,嘩!欲罷不能。 接著,再來一道雞蛋煙肉汁長通粉,比起剛才的味道更豐富更濃,煙肉、白菌、乳酪碎,是煮西餐常見的食材。 廚師Alfred更弄了一個凱撒沙律,吃完豬肋骨和香濃意粉,頓時帶來清新的感覺。 老闆娘也即席教了大家如何做出改良版的焦糖燉蛋,方法不是複雜,在家也會弄。 節日時份,阿蘇請客,只准攝製隊弟兄姊妹入座!
