Nyonya’s Taste of Life - Director's Interview
Director Wen Chih-yi discusses her personal experience with the themes of the movie "Nyonya’s Taste of Life," and how she casted the roles of Cindy and Sally. She highlights the cultural differences between domestic helpers and the Taiwanese families they work for, and notes that many of the events that take place in the movie are based on true stories from her life and the lives of the cast members and their friends.  "Nyonya's Taste of Life" is airing as part of "Made in Taiwan", a new Link TV series of films and documentaries that explore the social and environmental issues facing the island.
