曾蔭權訪四川德陽市 視察特區政府出資重建醫院及學校
正在四川訪問的行政長官曾蔭權，繼續第二日行程。今早到兩年前汶川大地震中，其中一個災區德陽市，視察特區政府出資重建醫院及學校。 曾蔭權到「東汽醫院」參觀，聽取院方人員講解重建情況，港府共投放超過1.1億元人民幣重建，預料醫院將於明年五月全面運作，比預期中稍遲，院方解釋，為了確保醫院的質素及安全性。 曾蔭權其後又到德陽市第一小學參觀，視察課室，一班小學生向他送上感謝卡，曾蔭權希望他們用功讀書。小學前校長表示，新學校設備完善，感謝香港方面的援助。 曾蔭權下午將返回成都，與四川省領導開會，討論重建工程進度。
