Guest speakers include scientists Paul LaChance (Manned Spacecraft Center, Houston TX), Doris Calloway (University of California at Berkeley, Department of Nutritional Sciences), food technologist Donald Wescott and dieticist Mary Klicka (U.S. Army Labs, Natick MA).
