People in Opposition to Comcast Cable – Part ThirteenKevin Broadhurst of Comcast Cable refused to answer questions from the residents of Wilmington, Delaware. Wilmington, Delaware City Council Member Michael Brown Sr. asked Kevin Broadhurst of Comcast Cable to stay at the Commission Meeting and answer questions from the residents. Community media groups are accusing the telecom giant Comcast Cable of discriminating against local community access channels across the nation by shutting-down community television. Wilmington, Delaware citizens are critical of Comcast Cable’s perceptive against the residents by not providing Public Access Television, Educational Television and by planning to shut-down local “live” leased access television. Comcast Cable promised to make available a component of community access television to the community and refused to provide the service after signing the cable franchise agreement with the city.
