Border Crossing
DW-TV reporter Anne-Katrin Gottschling has been tracing the former border between East and West Germany. In this installment of a five-part series, she takes a closer look at the longest remaining section of the fortification, which is now a protected site in Berlin. She also visits the Helmstedt-Marienborn highway crossing, where East German border police subjected motorists to thorough controls.
