特首與司局長再落區宣傳政改 遇示威者抗議
行政長官曾蔭權及一眾司局長再度落區宣傳政改方案，分別到港島東區、九龍西及西貢區多個商場及戶外地點。 期間他們遇到示威者喝倒彩，高叫收回方案及「超錯」的口號，他們馬上高呼「起錨」回應。 有示威者企圖攔阻官員離開，但被保安人員制止，但亦有示威者成功突圍，當面向高官提問。 曾蔭權說，雖然宣傳期間遇到的反對聲音蓋過支持的聲音，但他不會介意，呼籲市民支持政改方案，避免政制發展原定踏步。
