平機會促修例增無障礙設施
平機會調查60個由房委會、房協、領匯及政府部門管理的公眾地方，發現在97年後興建的公共屋邨、公共屋邨商場及街市，有較好的無障礙設施。 平機會主席林煥光表示，調查發現大部分地方都有部門各自為政等問題。 他舉例，在一個房委會管轄的停車場外，殘疾人士需要兜圈才能進入停車場，但由於停車場外並非房委會管轄範圍，所以房委會沒有理會。 他又批評，領匯管轄的場地較少為顧客設想，他認為這不單止關乎社會良心，更重要是有否關顧社群和顧客需要。 林煥光建議，當局修定建築物條例，政府建築物或房委會場地，同樣需要設置無障礙設施。
