iReport — In response to the iReport assignment Cultural Census, here is my short report.Living in a retirement community may sound boring to some, but it is fun. We have lots of amenities and we use them intensely. We jokingly say to each other when we meet, that we are "getting our money’s worth".My favorite places are the swimming pools and the hot tubs, all open year-round. Some swim late in the evening, others enjoy the sun. I personally don't have any set time for swimming, just go when I feel like it. During the hot months I prefer the evenings at the pool.Like many communities we too have HOA problems. I guess some people like soap operas, because that's what they resemble.Not counting those problems, Mesa is indeed an ideal place for retirement, where even with a modest income one can lead a very enjoyable life.PS  I wonder what the one lady who thinks that today is the end of the world, is doing right now. LOL, of course this is the same person who thinks that our President is the Anti-Christ...Luckily we don't have many of these.
