Children find it fun, interesting and exciting. Adults say they’ve never seen anything like it. Attractions outside allow unlimited imaginations, but once the museum doors swing wide, their attention is directed to the remarkable collection of antique fire apparatus, tools and machinery used since 1736. The Firefighters Museum houses the large, colorful Ben Dancy shoulder patch collection, over 4,500. Easily accessible from I-35 and NE 50. $2 for adults, $1 for children.
