來到尾聲,這一集阿蘇帶同她的四家姐上節目,示範她拿手的「家姐粉菓」,阿蘇喜歡煮餸,卻不擅製作精巧點心,四家姐相反,對造點心有些手藝,但就是不喜歡其他大魚大肉的菜式,大慨這才是一家人吧! 粉菓餡料豐富,豬肉碎、冬菇碎、荸薺、紅蘿蔔碎、冬筍碎、芫荽碎,醃好炒好,已經成為一碟美味的拌飯菜式。 粉菓皮最好用澄麵搓,四家姐喜歡把澄麵放入熱水拌至糊狀,放涼再搓,她說這方法是百分百成功,比較多人採用的,把粉堆起挖洞加水來得容易控制,搓好的粉糰壓成薄薄的粉皮,把餡料包進去,然後蒸五分鐘,很簡單。 貴為叔父,賜官特意上節目試食,他稱讚家姐粉菓是他吃過的最好吃,借機稱讚劉家的姊妹個個平、美、正,何謂「平」?何謂「美」?何謂「正」?
