何秀蘭稱不會支持政改方案
民主黨立法會議員張文光表示，政府接納民主黨的區議會改良方案，但民主黨要等會員大會舉行後，才會作出具體回應，強調民主黨沒有放棄爭取終極普選和取消功能組別的立場。 公民起動的何秀蘭說，因為政府的政改方案，功能組別的議席上不減反加，她認為方向錯誤，所以她不會支持。 自由黨主席劉健儀說，支持民主黨的方案，但假如區議會的提名門檻太低，可能參選人會太多，對選民造成混亂。 公民黨的湯家驊說，雖然他是普選聯的成員，但會跟從公民黨的決定投票。 民建聯主席譚耀宗說，現時是太早討論區議會門檻，會留待黨內作詳細討論。
