曾蔭權：民主黨方案具高民主成份
行政長官曾蔭權出席撐政改集會後表示，民主黨提出的區議會改良方案，具有高的民主成份，而且毋須修改決議案，只需在本地立法層面處理，至於有關憲制的問題，希望很快有結論，他已經陸續約見不政黨，希望爭取至少四十票支持。
