Rwanda: H.E. Paul Kagame
Marking the tenth anniversary of the genocide in the African nation of Rwanda, the current president of Rwanda, H.E. Paul Kagame, explains the struggle to bring peace and reconciliation to the nation. Introduced by University of Washington President Lee Huntsman, President Kagame speaks and then answers audience questions posed by Dr. Chris Elias of PATH.
