Palm Beach County program helps pregnant moms in need of dental care
Leadership Palm Beach County’s Class of 2011 and the Palm Beach County Health Department have teamed up to offer dental care to needy pregnant women. They are looking for volunteer dentists for their Adopt-A-Mom program, in which the dentists would agree to take care of a pregnant woman’s dental needs for two years after she gives birth. They say dental problems in pregnant women can lead to problems for the babies.
