這一集先抵達被譽為「環保之國」的挪威，挪威政府對環保工作非常重視，推出了不少環保政策，企圖減少當地污染排放，其中一項是單車租用計劃，手持一張租用卡，便可在不同的單車站租用來代步，價錢亦相當便宜。 謝安琪和本港地質學者一起前往奧斯陸大學，拜會權威科學家，交流研究所得，發現氣候上升可以是由地下的溶岩造成。 離開挪威，另一隊攝製隊到達冰島，乘坐直升機欣賞冰島的活火山，又走在岩石上考察植被、地洞，遠觀特種冰島馬，感受牧羊瀑布的氣勢，如此美景，我們還可看多久？
