Video of the Day Sea salt farmers
France’s star chefs have made the sea salt from Brittany world famous. It's harvested by hand, not refined, and contains no chemical additives. But recent years haven't been kind to salt farmers. After two bad harvests, they're counting on this year being a success. Fortunately for them, the weather is cooperating this year - the sun is shining and it's not raining very much. Those are good conditions for the traditional production methods, allowing the brine to flow from basin to basin as it has done for more than 1,500 years.
