Bolivia Unasur
The head of the Union of South American Nations (Unasur) mission, Argentinean Rodolfo Mattarollo (R), hands to Bolivian President Evo Morales (L) a report about the violent clashes in the Amazon region of Pando in September 2008. The Unasur commission, who researched into the killing of 20 Bolivian farmers, said that it was 'a crime against humanity' and recommended that the criminals be judged by ordinary law.
