法國擬收緊國籍法打擊罪案
法國總統薩爾科齊說，為了加強打擊罪案，計劃取消部份罪犯的法國國籍。 薩爾科齊到南部一個城市視察時，形容打擊罪案已成為「全國戰爭」，當局準備好用幾年時間整頓社會治安。 他說，原籍外國、故意傷害公職人員的罪犯，應取消他們的法國國籍，並收緊入籍規例。根據當地法律，在法國出生的外籍人士，若果在法國連續居住一定時間，並在18歲成年時身在法國，便自動獲得法國國籍。
