「地震で橋崩落」想定し、帰宅訓練
首都圏で大地震が起き、橋が崩落して家に帰れなくなる「帰宅困難者」が多く発生することを想定し、東京都と埼玉県の境を流れる荒川の河川敷で７日、警視庁などが合同訓練を行った。帰宅困難者を水上バスで対岸に運ぶ初の訓練に、約８０人の地元住民らも参加。
