20100413 水神宮からみた春の霞ヶ浦
国道１２５号線大室バス停から湖岸へ約２００ｍの堤の上に、水神宮の祠がある。堤に立ち湖面の広大さと対岸の新治郡出島村の集落が点在し、右の突端に歩崎観音の森が霞んで見える。更に左北方には筑波山と麓の連山、土浦市の中心街、川口付近からは手野、沖宿などの町並みが連なっている。眺望は四季や天候、朝夕によって変化に富んでいる。水神宮は魚族の繁殖などを司る神といわれている。阿見町教育委員会阿見町名所百選 Ｎｏ．４６ 水神宮からみた霞ヶ浦 より
