林鄭月娥：會行使權力將大浪西灣納入發展審批地區圖
立法會舉行聯席委員會會議，討論有商人收購西貢大浪西灣土地作私人發展用途。 發展局局長林鄭月娥表示，土地挖掘工程涉及5千多平方米政府土地，當局已在現場豎立告示牌，並會搜證研究是否可提出起訴。她又表示，會行使權力，將大浪西灣納入「發展審批地區圖」，未經許可的發展或會視為違法，當局可採取執法行動，日後有任何發展都要事先向當局申請。 林鄭月娥承認，現階段當局並非完全可以管制私人發展土地，但她相信在政府部門及公眾監察下，可起到作用。 環境局局長邱騰華則表示，有關土地發展涉及政府土地，未經申請是先斬後奏，不可接受。
