Benjie and Sis have dressed the Rubbadubbers up as babies and they are all tucked up in cosy cotton wool beds. Sploshy and Winona agree that they could play at being babies all day, its so comfortable! Amelia is flying low over everyone’s heads, diving into the water and splashing them all. The Rubbadubbers all ask if she can stop flying around until they've finished playing babies. Amelia is fed up with having to do what the others want and wishes, "if only I was in charge, then I'd get to tell everyone what to do."
