Scrums NDP leader Jack Layton and Liberal leader Bob Rae spoke to reporters on issues such as the government’s plan to find $4 billion a year in spending cuts and the Stephen Harper hoax on the Conservative Party’s website. NDP Canadian Wheat Board critic Pat Martin responded to questions about decorum during Question Period.
