Social Security, U.S. Debt Talks, White House
Senator Richard Durbin, an Illinois Democrat, talks about the outlook for discussions about cutting the U.S. debt.   Durbin, the second-ranking Senate Democrat, is among congressional leaders meeting with President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden today in search of an agreement that would reduce deficits and raise the federal debt ceiling before the government’s borrowing limit is reached on Aug. 2. He speaks with Peter Cook on Bloomberg Television’s "In the Loop."
