蔡瀾逛菜欄 - 汕頭美食之旅 - 第2集
這次節目，蔡瀾會連同兩位美女主持一起介紹汕頭的美食給觀眾。例如：有我們都知道，挺出名的手打魚丸；也有小時候很愛吃的糖蔥餅。也讓我們瞭解多一點的有關潮州的飲食文化，譬如說早餐，哪會想到白粥的配菜可以有差不多近一百種呢！此外，蔡瀾不但邀請了廚師大廚來示範，甚至連朋友也被邀請到節目中獻技呢！
