Live Nation Can Benefit by Going Private
According to Live Nation’s (NYSE:LYV) largest shareholder the company could benefit by going private.The entertainment company, which has been struggling due to the weak economy possibly will turn around its business efficiently with a private company.Media mogul John Malone commented, "There are arguments that it would be better as a private company. Whether that's feasible is a function of how the large shareholders and management feel about it, and the financing of a deal."Live Nation has a potential upside of 11% based on a current price of $12.12 and an average consensus analyst price target of $13.45.
