Scrums Liberal Foreign Affairs critic Bob Rae and NDP leader Jack Layton continued to question International Cooperation Minister Bev Oda`s decision to have a funding document for the aid group KAIROS altered, which resulted in a loss of $7 million in funding. Bloc Québécois leader Gilles Duceppe spoke to reporters about Tunisia`s request for Canadian authorities to freeze the assets of former dictator Zine El Abidine Ben Ali and members of his family. Duceppe also commented on the bill to end accelerated parole.
