The board of directors of Stanley Black and Decker (NYSE:SWK) said they have signed off on a regular third-quarter cash dividend of $0.41 a share. In the company’s announcement they noted that the progress extends the company's record for the longest consecutive annual and quarterly dividend among industrial companies listed on the New York Stock Exchange.The dividend will be payable on Sept. 20 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 2.
