行政長官曾蔭權轉到筲箕灣愛東邨宣傳政改方案，並到其中一個商場與市民接觸。 曾蔭權在台上表示，今次落區宣傳希望爭取市民支持，令政改踏前一步，邁向普選。 在場有市民鼓掌表示支持，亦有市民不認同曾蔭權發言，大叫「普選」及「可恥」。
